I can’t say enough good things about Empire Automotive! I needed the timing belt replaced on my Honda Odyssey, and after reading reviews and getting a recommendation, I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I dropped my van off, everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. They got the job done incredibly fast—I dropped it off in the morning and had it back by that evening. As someone who relies on my van every day, getting it back so quickly meant a lot and made my day so much less stressful. It’s hard to find a repair shop that’s both efficient and trustworthy, but Empire Automotive definitely earned my confidence. Great customer service, honest work, fair pricing, and excellent communication from start to finish. It’s such a relief to find a mechanic you feel comfortable recommending to friends and family. I’ll absolutely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful repair such a positive experience!

Excellent mechanic, great shop, terrific service, I cannot say enough good things about Empire Automotive in Port St. Lucie, especially John Lunsford and Ashley. I recently had major work done on my 2020 Nissan 370Z involving the notorious CSC (concentric slave cylinder) failure — something every 350Z/370Z owner dreads. Anyone familiar with these cars knows this is not a simple repair. The transmission has to be completely dropped from the vehicle just to access the part. It’s an extremely labor-intensive job that many mechanics either don’t want to do or underestimate. Before finding Empire Automotive, I contacted two other shops. One outright admitted he didn’t want the job because it wasn’t worth the labor involved, and another completely ghosted me after discussing a quote. John at Empire Automotive, however, knew exactly what the issue was immediately. No hesitation. No guessing. Just honest knowledge and professionalism. I explained to John that my wife is currently battling leukemia and spending time in the hospital, and that this car has sentimental value to me. I wanted the repair done correctly the first time because dropping the transmission twice is something nobody w

First and foremost, Ashley & John, you guys rock. I have had two work orders executed in the past month, and both times, the work was done professionally and timely. Both Ashley & John have been a pleasure to interact with and I could not be happier. On top of all that, the invoices have been extremely reasonable. Also, from a customers POV, the new system is great for getting updates on progress. If you need work done right the first time and with an awesome turnaround, Empire is your go to shop. - Brandon with the blue Si

I have brought my vehicle, my wife's and my son's over to Empire for the past 5 years at least, and every time they are friendly, helpful, professional and get things fixed. Johnny is honest and fair with fair prices for excellent work. 👍
